It’s okay to stay exactly where you’re at.

This can feel scary.

It’s okay to feel bad.

Our brain seeks pleasure, avoids pain, and does what is efficient.

I wanna stop showing up small and doing what’s easy.

This is not a place that we are taking any positive action from.

This is naturally how we are thinking.

It’s creating negative thoughts.

We’re creating more things that we hate.

So what if it’s never-ending?

How do want to show up to this?

Who do you want to be?

How can you come out stronger on the other end?

I can make a change.

There’s no end date right now, and that’s okay.

Feeling okay is a lot better than feeling terrible.

Creates even more reason for self – pity.

This is a good time to get closer to your goals.

We should not be scared, we need to be prepared and be part of the solution.

None of these negative feelings are necessary.

What do you want to do this time?

Love what feeling love creates in your life.

What result do we wanna see in our life?

How do we need to feel to create those things?

Take it day by day.

We have no power to change the circumstance.

We have no control for our future circumstances and what happens outside of us.

We have to bring it back to right now.

We are the ones making it never ending in our mind.

It was just in the moment when I let myself think that this was going to be forever.
