Life is kind of out of control.

Creating more of what we believe about ourselves.

You feel afraid, hesitant, and scared, then you do nothing.

Your brain is telling you that you are out of control

You’re not out of control unless you decide that you are out of control.

You didn’t lack the time, you lack discipline.

You are just creating a crisis in your life.

It’s so easy to find an excuse.

You just have to feel really sucky for a while and decide how you wanna show up.

That’s not the way that you get the results you want in your life.

There is never a right time to start, the right time starts now.

You have to be willing to just be uncomfortable and take the action anyways.

You have to be willing to let it suck and still go for what you want.

Nobody said you’ll be happy all the time.

That is not the human experience.

We think it should just be easy all the time and it’s not supposed to.

It is really socially acceptable to just do nothing right now.

Do you wanna be part of that?

Embrace the abnormal.

What’s normal is to eat food that would make your body feels good and not just do what everybody else just tells you to do.

I wanna get out of this quarantine with such a good growth opportunity.

We can take this as an opportunity.

How can I change how I’m doing right now?

The life you want is not going to be handed to you.

The best things ever gotten in life are the hardest to get.

It wouldn’t have been cool if it was easy.

Society tells you it’s okay to do nothing.

I think we should be out there doing hard shit every single day.

It is hard for us all.

Who do you wanna be after this?

Hard doesn’t mean anything is wrong.

If I die, I hope there’s nothing I left on the table.

It breaks my heart to know that I chose comfort rather than what could’ve been.

Our brain tells us to choose comfort in the moment.

We could create the most incredible life out of discomfort.

You’re not out of control, you can do hard things.

The challenge is an opportunity.

Stop waiting, stop doing normal.

If you want to make a change then do it.

Your dream life is waiting.

And we’re gonna go get it.
