Some people think differently about good or bad.

They take it to make the best of it.

We have to accept the circumstance.

We have to accept what we weigh.

Doing things from positivity makes change.

When we argue, we lose.

How do we take action instead of being mad at it?

It’s only the weight that we see on the scale that’s making us feel bad.

It’s only bad because of the way we think about it.

There are so many reasons why the number on the scale would go up but it doesn’t mean it’s bad.

It doesn’t have to be a bad thing.

Use a scale as a tool to be helpful.

Thinking negatively isn’t helpful for you.

If you tell yourself that you’re doing a horrible job, then you’re gonna do a horrible job.

Telling yourself positive things would give you motivation.

Don’t make the number on a scale mean something bad about you.

You don’t have to freak out about it.

It’s not about the number, it’s the way we think about the number.

You don’t have to make it ruin your day.

It’s just a negative cycle.

Telling yourself that you’re crappy, really makes you feel crappy.

Think about 10 things that you are excited about your weight..

You will become empowered and get you nearer to your goal.

That number on the scale doesn’t mean anything.

The only thing causing your pain is the way you are thinking.

You get to decide.

We need to create freedom in the fight in our mind.

If we are free from that fight we are free from the world.

It doesn’t matter what the scale says.

When you think your plan is working it makes you feel good.

When you think it’s working you make it work.

Our brain automatically looks to the negative.

We have to consciously rewire our brains.

Things are only bad because you think it’s bad.

You get to choose where you wanna be.

Your weight is never a bad thing.

Your weight is just a number.

You’ve totally got this. Promise.
