It’s important to feel vulnerable in order to help somebody. That’s how we make a change.

It’s such a big fat lie that tells us. Let us be uncomfortable and vulnerable.

It’s our thoughts that makes us upset. 

A lot of times we want to feel terrible. It’s going to help me be more of the person we want to be.

Changing the way that we think. We feel sad and stuck.

I think that taking some action is better than taking no action.

Be willing to do it wrong and try and show up anyways.

You are going to be able to learn about it.

Making a change is being willing to feel bad and do something about it.

Just say something. Why someone you know is feeling this way.

There are so many resources out there to educate us.

Imagine if the whole world just did something.

Just because we’re so afraid of not knowing how, we’re afraid to do something about it.

If I gave you that how and if it didn’t work you’d just stop trying.

It’s not about knowing how,we’re just supposed to do something.

You have to take those steps in order to learn and get better.

Me showing up and saying something is gonna change something.

I’m teaching you how to change and how to start and how to keep it going.

You have to keep doing those steps.

You have to be willing to fail and keep going. Give this gift to the person you wanna be.

The way to make a change is to do something. Willing to be wrong and taking the next step.

Just commit to doing the best you can do today.
